Replacement
Should you have received a damaged product.
Firstly contact me via email bradley@wienandhandmade.online or via mobile 072 967 8504 / WhatsApp (click below) and advise me of the issue. It would assist if you photograph the item and explain in detail what may have occurred.
Following the outcome of our discussion and together we have agreed on the replacement, you will be required to return your goods within 12 hours of our discussion. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused, with no visible scratches / marks on the knife, as well as no scratches / marks on the sheath and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Storage
Any item left with us for more than 3 months for any reason will be sold to cover costs, no exception.
Refunds
We do not refund in cash – we offer a replacement product or if during our discussion, the part damaged will be replaced.
Once your product is received and inspected in our stores, we will send you correspondence via email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as notifying you of the approval or rejection of the replacement.
If the product replacement is approved, your replacement will be processed, and a replacement product will be provided.
Only regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be replaced.
Shipping
To return your product, you should courier your product to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
